Report a concern

Accreditation only means something if it is enforced. If something does not look right, tell us. You can report confidentially or anonymously.

What we do with a report

Every report is read. A report does not by itself change an accreditation, but it can trigger a review, and a review can lead to conditions, suspension or withdrawal.

We do not tell the provider who reported them. If you give us your details we may come back with questions, and we will tell you the outcome.

What this form is not for

  • A complaint about a course you paid for, where you want a refund. That is between you and the provider first. Tell us if their complaints route fails you.
  • A complaint about us. Use the route under governance and appeals.
  • An appeal against an accreditation decision. Providers should follow the appeals route instead.
  • Anything urgent involving risk to a person. Contact the relevant authority, not us.

Submit a report

If you have a certificate or course page in front of you, the reference helps us find the right record quickly.
Please include the provider, the activity, and when it happened.

We use what you send us to handle your report. See our privacy policy.
